Shipping and Delivery
All orders placed through our site are delivered free of charge within New Zealand providing your order total is greater than $250. All other orders less than $250 will occur a flat freight and handling fee of $10. Normal delivery on products is between 24 and 48 hours depending on the size of your package. To ensure prompt delivery of your parcel it is a good idea to have the 'address for delivery' as your place of work if there is not going to somebody at your home to accept or sign or sign for the delivery.
All orders into Australia are sent freight free if the order total is greater than $500, for orders less than this there is a flat freight and handling fee of $25.00 NZD.
We do not currently process overseas orders outside of New Zealand and Australia.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box's for any order.
The only delivery option on Giant Bicycles is for in store collection. This is a condition of Giant Bicycles warranty and dealer agreement, we are happy for you to process the purchase through our site but the bicycle will need to be collected in store and assemblied.
All orders received before 3.00pm Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day when possible, orders received outside of this will be shipped on the following business day. Please understand that at peak times or other related matters out of our hands some orders may be delayed being dispatched due to matters outside of our hands. You will receive an order confirmation when the goods have been packed and ready to be dispatched for delivery. You can check on the progress of your order simply by logging into your account on the site.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will advise you and either place the item on back order or cancel this item from your order. If you do not respond to our email within 48 hours then any item(s) not in stock will be removed and the remainder of the order sent. Any items that you do not wish to be placed on backorder will be refunded in full via the original payment method used at the time of the transaction.
We strongly advise customers to check their goods on receipt of delivery to confirm that they are happy and have received the correct items before removing tags or using the products. This will ensure if an error has been made, or the items need exchanging then we can remedy this quickly.
