Warranty and Returns

We offer a full refund or exchange on all products within 14 days of your purchase. If for any reason your goods are the wrong size, not exactly what you where after or you have simply changed your mind upon receipt, you may return them for an exchange or refund (excluding delivery costs), within 14 days from the date of your original purchase.

If an item is marked as a close out line, we cannot offer any refund as these lines are discontinued from us and our suppliers. We will however happily exchange the item or goods for a different size where possible. Due to copyright laws we cannot offer any refund or exchanges on DVD's

All goods returned must be:

  1. Undamaged, unused and in original condition and packaging.
  2. Returned within 14 days from recepit of the goods.
  3. A copy of the original invoice or receipt enclosed with the item(s) you are returning.
  4. The product must be returned to the store which it was sent from or collected from.

Our addresses for service and contact details are under the 'Contact Us' page on this site. Pushbikes will not accept any liability for damage or loss occurred in the return of your item(s) to us. Please ensure that your goods are returned via insured and tracked mail or courier. We will not accept any delivery forwarding or cash on delivery for returned goods.

Upon receiving the product, we will refund your original payment method within three working days for the original purchase. Pushbikes will not refund any delivery costs relating to the product. Any items that are being exchanged or refunded cannot be done so until we have received the original item back, in the conditions set out above. If any products are returned in a condition that does not meet the above, then we reserve the right to either reject the refund or return the items to you, or charge you an amount to put the goods into an acceptable standard. In both of these cases we will contact you before proceeding.

If your product has been damaged in delivery please contact us and we will arrange to replace the damaged products.

Our warranty policy covers all products for the specified period given by the manufacture or supplier from the date of purchase. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of accident, misuse, and wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Wherever possible Pushbikes will endeavour to repair any faulty item first, or when not possible replace the goods to you at no charge. If the item is not available due to supply we will advise you of this and replace the item with the closest possible substitute. When making a warranty claim you will need to contact us first so that we can advise you of the appropriate steps to take.
