Q.How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A.Once an order has been dispatched it will be 24 to 48 hours before you receive it. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on this site.

Q.What methods can I pay by?
A.Pushbikes Uses PayPal online processing, which means you can pay by your chosen credit card.

Q.I’m unsure which size I will be?
A.No worries then simply check out the sizing guides under the ‘Size Guide’ section to help you. If you’re still unsure then email us using the 'Contact Us' page. You can always exchange the goods for a different size if needed within 14 days of the transaction.

Q.How do I change my address?
A.Simply log into your account online by using your email address and chosen password, you can then amend your details of your account. You can also add different delivery address's if needed.

Q.How long to I have to return any unwanted items?
A.You have 14 days from the date of the original transaction to receive an exchange or a full refund.

Q.Was the order that I placed yesterday received?
A.To view the process of your order simply login into your account using your email address and chosen password. If you’re still unsure then email us using the 'Contact Us' page.

Q.What are the delivery charges?
A.All orders placed through our site are delivered free of charge within New Zealand
providing the order total is greater than $50. All orders less than $50 will occur a freight and handling charge of $10. In some rural or remote areas an additional delivery charge and delivery time may be required, should your order incur an additional delivery charge we will advise you prior to processing your order.

Q.Can you send me my password?
A.You need to go to the “My Account” section and enter your email address and click on the ‘Forgotten Password’. You will then receive an email from us to the chosen email address containing your password.

Q.How secure is online shopping?
A.Pushbikes use SSL technology, which encrypts your information whenever we are receiving, and uploading communication from our site. Purchases through our site are made using PayPal online processing, this uses SSL secure online payment technology. When you make an online purchase a small padlock symbol will appear on your screen. This indicates that the SSL security system is operating throughout your transaction. This encrypting ensures that your details and payment information cannot be read by, or altered by outside influences.

Q.I have an item that I have received that is faulty?
A.No problems, simply return this back to us undamaged, unused and in original condition, original packaging, within 14 days from the date of the invoice, a copy of the original invoice or receipt enclosed, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent once we have received the faulty item from you.

Q.Can I cancel my online account with you?
A.Yes, simply send us an email using the 'Contact Us’ page, or write a letter to 168 St Asaph Street, Central, Christchurch, and we will arrange for your details to be removed from our database.

Q.How do I find out the expected date of any items on backorder?
A.We will always advise you of the expected delivery date of the item and any delays that have occurred. If you want to find out or cancel the item then email us using the 'Contact Us' page in this site.

Q.Are all specials or closeout deals available in store as well?
A.We do not guarantee that all special priced items or close out deals are replicated in store or vice versa. From time to time we have different promotions running and these are limited to certain locations.

Q.Why can you not freight Giant branded bicycles?
A.This is a condition of Giant Bicycles warranty and dealer agreement. This is also to ensure that the rider has been correctly advised of the frame size, how to operate the bicycle and explained about any warranty and servicing information.

Q.I can’t find an item on your site that I want to purchase?
A.No problems simply send us an email using the 'Contact Us' page and let us know, we will then find out this for you and if we can supply the item to you.

Q.Are your prices online the same as your store?
A.Yes, all prices online are the same as in store, with the exception of promotions, close outs and sales.

Q.Can I return my order for a refund or exchange an item?
A.No problems, simply return this back to us undamaged, unused and in original condition, original packaging, within 14 days from the date of the invoice, a copy of the original invoice or receipt enclosed, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or a full refund within 3 working days.

Q.Do the items I purchased include a warranty?
A.Yes, Pushbikes will pass on to you the full benefits of any warranties given by the manufacturers or suppliers of the products we sell.
