Prices

The prices displayed on our website are current, include GST and are in New Zealand dollars. All prices displayed on this site are at Pushbikes normal selling price or the recommended retail price of the product set by the NZ supplier. Pushbikes reserve the right to amend or correct prices without notice when needed. If this occurs after you have placed an order we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you still wish to the transaction to be completed. We do not guarantee that all special priced items or close out deals are replicated in store or vice versa. From time to time we have different promotions running and these are limited to certain locations.

Delivery Policy

All orders placed through our site are delivered free of charge within New Zealand providing your order total is greater than $50. All other orders less than $50 will occur a freight and handling charge of $10. In some rural or remote areas an additional delivery charge and delivery time may be required, should your order incur an additional delivery charge we will advise you prior to processing your order. Normal delivery on products is between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the size of your package and the delivery company used by us. It is a good idea to ensure prompt delivery service to have the address for delivery as your placed of work if there is not going to somebody at your home to accept or sign the delivery. We do not process overseas orders currently, however if you want your goods delivered to an overseas address then this can be arranged for you. We will obtain a price for the delivery cost and confirm with you before sending the goods.

Please note that the only delivery option on Giant Bicycles is in store collection. You will be given the option at the checkout of which store you wish to collect your bicycle from. This is a condition of Giant Bicycles warranty and dealer agreement.

All orders received by Pushbikes before 3.00pm Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 3.00pm will be shipped the following business day. Please understand that at peak times or other related matters out of our hands some orders may not be able to be process or dispatch until the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation when the goods have been packed and ready to be dispatched for delivery. You can check on the progress of your order simply by logging into your account on the site.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will advise you and either place the item on back order or cancel this item from your order. If you do not respond to our email within 48 hours then any item not in stock will be removed and the remainder of the order sent. Any items that you do not wish to be placed on backorder will be refunded in full via the original payment method used at the time of the transaction.

We strongly advise customers to check their goods on receipt of delivery to confirm that they are happy and have received the correct items before removing tags or using the products. This will ensure if an error has been made, or the items need exchanging then we can remedy this quickly.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a full refund or exchange on all products within 14 days of your purchase. If for any reason your goods are the wrong size, not exactly what you where after or you have simply changed your mind upon receipt, you may return them for an exchange or refund (excluding delivery costs), within 14 days from the date of your original purchase.

If an item is marked as a close out line, we cannot offer any refund as these lines are discontinued from us and our suppliers. We will however happily exchange the item or goods for a different size where possible.

All goods returned must be:

1. Undamaged, unused and in original condition and packaging.

2. Returned within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

3. A copy of the original invoice or receipt enclosed with the item you are returning.

4.The product must be returned to the store which it was sent from or collected from. Our addresses for service and contact details are under the “Contact Us” page on this site.

Pushbikes do not accept any liability for damage or loss occurred in the return of your items to us. Please ensure that your goods are returned via insured and tracked mail or courier. We will not accept any delivery forwarding or cash on delivery for returned goods.

Upon receiving the product, we will refund your original payment method within three working days for the original purchase. Pushbikes will not refund any delivery costs relating to the product. Any items that are being exchange or refund cannot be done so until we have received the original item back, in the conditions set out above.

If any products are returned in a condition that does not meet the above, then we reserve the right to either reject the refund or return the items to you, or charge you an amount to put the goods into an acceptable standard. In both of these cases we will contact you before proceeding.

If the product has been damaged in delivery please contact us and we will arrange to replace the damaged products.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Pushbikes will pass on to you the full benefits of any warranties given by the manufacturers or suppliers of the products we sell.

Our warranty policy covers all products for the specified period given by the manufacture or supplier from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of accident, misuse, and wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Wherever possible Pushbikes will endeavour to repair any faulty item first, or when not possible replace the goods to you at no charge. If the item is not available due to supply we will advise you of this and replace the item with the closest possible substitute.

When making a warranty claim you will need to contact us first so that we can advise you of the appropriate steps to take.

Payment

Pushbikes use SSL technology, which encrypts your information whenever we are receiving, and uploading communication from our site. Purchases through our site are made using PayPal online processing, this uses SSL secure online payment technology. When you make an online purchase a small padlock symbol will appear on your screen. This indicates that the SSL security system is operating throughout your transaction. This encrypting ensures that your details and payment information cannot be read by, or altered by outside influences. You can also read the PayPal privacy policy online. If at any stage you do not see the padlock symbol or are unsure about your security, please do not hesitate to contact us. Once you have entered your details into our PayPal online processing centre the funds will be automatically deducted from your selected payment method. If for any reason there is an error or we cannot fulfill your order due to out of stock items then we will refund the original payment method via PayPal processing centre.

Customer Information

Accessing and editing your personal information stored on this site can be done by logging into ‘My Account’, from here your account you can view, amend and information added. Simply login into your account using your chosen email address and password. If you have forgotten your password then you can access this by clicking on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link and entering your chosen email address. If you are still are having problems accessing this then please send us an email under the ‘Contact Us’ page.

Terms of supply

Pushbikes will Endeavour to supply you with the goods or services ordered using our website, but Pushbikes will not be liable to any person if we decline to complete, or are unable to complete, an order in full.

Product information given on Pushbikes website or in our promotional material is for your guidance but does not afford a guarantee of use. Common sense and discretion is advised in the proper and safe use of all products purchased from us.

Pushbikes take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website or in our promotional material are correct. We aim to keep these details as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, quantities on this website or in Pushbikes promotional publication at a particular point time may not reflect the position at the exact time you place your order.
