Pushbikes has one of the most comprehensive workshops in New Zealand, our mechanics are fully certified and have the lastest up to date training with all the major brands like, Fox Racing Shox, Sram, Shimano, and RockShox to name a few. We offer a range of set services listed below and also carry out all other repairs from wheel building, suspension repairs, custom builds, punctures and everything else that is attached to your bicycle. We also offer a free no obligation quotation on all work.

Bronze - $30.00* *Labour content only

This service is designed for a BMX/Kids bike with no gears.

• Wheels trued in bike,
  
• Bottom bracket and headset adjusted and tightened,
  
• Front and Rear hubs adjusted and tightened,
  
• Brake cables and brake pads adjusted correctly,
  
• Chain checked and adjusted correctly,
  
• Tyres and tubes inspected and inflated,
  
• Pedal bearings inspected externally,
  
• Chain oiled if required,
  
• Tighten seat, brake levers, gear levers, handle bar and stem.

Silver - $60.00* *Labour content only

• Wheels trued and tensioned in a wheel truing machine, dishing checked and adjusted*
• *Includes replacement of broken spoke.
  
• Bottom bracket and headset checked/adjusted and torque correctly,
  
• Front and Rear hubs adjusted and tightened, dust seals cleaned and greased,
  
• Brake cables and brake pads inspected and adjusted correctly**
  
• **Brake pads and cables replaced if required.
  
• Front and rear derailleur, gear cables adjusted correctly***
  
• *** Gear cables and derailleur replaced if required.
  
• Frame derailleur hanger checked and aligned,
  
• Tyres, tubes and rim tapes inspected and inflated,
  
• Pedal bearings inspected externally,
  
• Chain tested for wear and oiled if required,
  
• Tighten seat, brake levers, gear levers, handle bar and stem.

Gold - $80.00* *Labour content only

• This service includes both a silver service plus a full drive chain degrease.

Platinum - $180.00* *Labour content only

• Full Strip and rebuild:
• *Front and rear brake/gear cables removed and replaced, incudes fitting of new pads and derailleurs if required,
  
• *Frame and wheels cleaned,
  
• *Front and Rear hub bearings completely over hauled with new bearings and grease,
  
• *Bottom Bracket and Headset completely removed and over hauled, includes fitting of new Bottom Bracket or cartridge bearings.

Drive Chain Degrease - $40.00* *Labour content only

• Front and rear derailleurs, chain wheel set, chain and freewheel/cassette removed from bike. These parts are then cleaned and degreased,
  
• Parts re-installed on bike and adjusted correctly.

All prices quoted above are for Labour content only and exclude all parts used when repairing your bike. You will always be notified with a quotation before we proceed with the fitting of any new parts to your bike.
