Pushbikes City ‘Salesperson’

Pushbikes are currently looking for a salesperson for their Christchurch City store which opened in August of last year.

Your responsibilities will be front line customer service, including sales, customer relations, store presentation, and some stock management. You must be a team player and be able to work to and achieve sales targets.

Pushbikes works in a fast paced, ever changing environment that requires an individual who understands the daily pressure, pace and excitement that retail provides. If you’re looking for a fresh start and re-newed motivation for the summer, working in an industry that you are passionate about, then this is for you.  

To be successful in this position (he or she) will need to have some proven experience in retail ensuring you can hit the ground running. With the ability to deliver the highest level of service to our customers and be part of the Pushbikes team. Your passion for the cycle industry needs to extend to all areas of the sport, and having some proven knowledge of the industry will be helpful.

Working week would consist of Thursday through to Monday, consisting of 36.5 hours per week. Weekend work is a must. Pay will be in the form of a base hourly rate with additional monthly sales commission payments.
