As a result of the recent announcements of the country heading in Level 2 status on 14th May, Pushbikes will now be able to open its doors to the public.
You'll be able to come in-store and deal with us in personal like previously practising social distancing. You'll still be able to reach us using the website, phone, email, or live chat if that's your preferred method.
Our workshops are open and taking repair bookings, although you'll need to make an appointment as we are currently very heavily booked.
Web, and click & collect orders are still being processed as quickly as possible. There are still some delays surrounding this due to an overload on the courier network.
We'll keep in touch on social media and update you all as the situation changes and evolves. Stay safe, be positive and let’s get through this together.
CAN I STILL SHOP ONLINE?
Yes, you'll be able to purchase anything online and have this delivered or the option to collect it in-store.
CAN I GET MY BIKE FIXED?
Yes, although you'll need to make an appointment as we are currently very heavily booked.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes, from May 14th, you'll be able to come in-store and collect your order once this has been processed.
ARE COURIERS STILL WORKING?
Yes, although their delivery times are varying due to the workload they have currently.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY ORDER?
Once an order is packed it should be with you within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural address.
HOW DO I DROP MY BIKE OFF OR COLLECT MY ORDER?
From May 14th you'll be able to come instore like previously practising social distancing.
WHAT HOURS ARE YOU WORKING?
From May 14th we are operating at normal hours again.
CAN I COME IN-STORE TO BROWSE?
Yes, from May 14th you can come instore to browse. You'll need to practise social distancing and good hygiene. We'll also be limiting the number of customer in-store during peak times.
