Suspension & Shock Servicing
Our specialist suspension service centre is based at Pushbikes Rangiora, led by Neil, our chief mechanic with over 20 years of experience.
Whether it's a fork lower leg service or a full shock rebuild, we use manufacturer-specified fluids and seal kits throughout.

Bike Assembly Service
Bought a bike online or through another retailer and need it built properly?
We offer professional bike assembly at all three Pushbikes workshops. Our mechanics build to manufacturer spec, with correct torque values, cable tension, and a full safety check once the build is complete.
Assembly is charged at our standard labour rate of $45 per half hour. Most standard builds take 1 to 2 hours. Bring your bike in or contact us for an estimate.
Lower Leg Fork Service

Removal of the fork lowers, full inspection and clean, reinstalling with new fluid and grease. Includes the price of labour, fluid and seals.

Tubeless Tyre Setup

Fitting of a new tubeless tyre onto a rim. Includes the price of labour and sealant but excludes the price of a new valve and rim tape.
E-Bike Diagnostic

Full electronic diagnostic including, battery, drive unit and communication of the sensors and display. Firmware updated with the latest software and features. Available for Shimano, Bosch and Yamaha electric systems only.
