Our mechanics, Dave (Rangiora) and Ethan (Papanui), recently spent a week in Melbourne for SRAM's Technical University. SRAM explained everything about how their stuff works and the theory behind the designs. From bleeding MTB and road hydraulic brakes to servicing shocks and forks, like the Pike and RS-1. They even got in a good MTB ride, gaining practical knowledge on suspension tuning.
