How many carbs do I need?

During intense activity carbohydrates are your body’s primary energy source and more can be absorbed per hour when they come from dual sources. As a rule of thumb you should be aiming for around 30-60g of carbs per hour for activities of 1-3 hours and 90-120g of carbs per hour for any activities over four hours. This will of course depend on your individual size and weight. Styrkr recommend training your gut and using their Fuel-Tool to help calculate a fuelling guide for your needs.
