DESCRIPTION
Identical in alloy and construction to our Downhill bar, our new Trail bar is 750mm wide with 20mm of rise, 8° of backsweep, and 5° of upsweep.. The clamping area is 50mm, allowing a different bend profile for a more compliant ride. The Trail bar gives you a light aluminum all-around bar for your Mountain Bike.
The bars are butted and tapered in many steps for optimal fatigue life. The ends of the bar are thickened from 1.4 to 1.6mm to resist damage from impacts and contact with the ground.
Our bars are produced by advanced Hydraulic Press Forming to avoid the need for hand grinding. Almost all other bars are manually bent, and bends are ground to appear smooth. Hydraulic Press Forming ensures very consistent wall thickness and close tolerances, especially in tapered sections. This keeps weight low and fatigue life high.
Together with a Thomson stem, this is the best aluminum cockpit you can get. It's the perfect addition to your Elite X4 Stem.

Prefer to pick up your order? Select Click & Collect at checkout and collect from any Pushbikes store. Note: Some items may take 1 to 3 days to transfer between stores and up to 12 days for certain brands if the item is coming from our supplier. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Delivery Time Frames
In-Stock Items:
For items in stock at our stores, expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Some may take up to 12 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times and stock location are shown for each product page above the add to cart button. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.
Tracking Information
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details within your expected delivery window, please contact us to confirm.
Shipping Bikes
Bikes cannot be shipped due to brand warranty and dealer policies. All bikes, including electric bikes, must be collected in store fully assembled. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes for 'click & collect' can take up to 7 days if they need to be shipped from our suppliers or assembled in-store.
