Who is Unparallel Shoes [UP]
For the last 18 years Sang Lee [owner] worked with 5.10, Sang Lee owned the production facility and took care of all R&D and production for 5.10
Unparallel shoes was started by Sang Lee in 2017. Sang Lee is close friends with the founder of Five Ten, Lee handled development and production of Five Ten rock-climbing and bike shoes up until Adidas closed the Five Ten Redlands outlet in 2017 and ceased partnership with Lee's Fullerton-based factory.
After parting ways with Five Ten, Lee started UP and brought along former employees for production in California and for new a UP gym in Redlands where Five Ten headquarters were.
About the Shoes
No matter what the trail throws your way, the West Ridge has what you need to tackle what's ahead. Constructed of high-grade leather and featuring high friction outsoles, this shoe is a complete BMX, base, slack and/or skate package.

Description
The West Ridge mid-cut is a flat pedal shoe designed for all terrain use. Constructed with a dual compound outsole using higher durometer RH for the outer perimeter and softer, vibration absorbing VC compound for the center tread.
A higher durometer compound at the perimeter makes for an overall more durable and consistently fitting shoe. The low rebound properties of the VC compound center tread is superior at absorbing vibration and eliminating pedal feedback.
With our lock-down TPU heel strap and mid-cut collar height construction, overall fit is comfortably snug. Velcro instep cover to keep laces tucked in and dirt out.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 NZD*. Orders under this threshold incur a flat rate of $7.20**
*Excludes large or bulky items, which are charged between $25.00 and $100.00, depending on size, weight, and delivery location. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
**Rural delivery surcharge: An additional $6.00 is applied to rural addresses.
Click & Collect
Prefer to pick up your order? Select Click & Collect at checkout and collect from any Pushbikes store. Note: Some items may take 1 to 3 days to transfer between stores and up to 12 days for certain brands if the item is coming from our supplier. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Delivery Time Frames
In-Stock Items:
For items in stock at our stores, expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Some may take up to 12 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times and stock location are shown for each product page above the add to cart button. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.
Tracking Information
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details within your expected delivery window, please contact us to confirm.
Shipping Bikes
Bikes cannot be shipped due to brand warranty and dealer policies. All bikes, including electric bikes, must be collected in store fully assembled. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes for 'click & collect' can take up to 7 days if they need to be shipped from our suppliers or assembled in-store.
