The Basil Fixed Mounted stem holder is a black stem holder made of sturdy steel. The holder is easy to mount and is suitable for mounting on quill stems of 22-25.4 mm.

Thanks to this system you can attach the bike basket to your handlebars with ease. This way, you can count on your belongings being safe in sight at all times.
