GEM Finance offers terms up to 12 months interest-free. Q Card extends that to 24 months, giving you the longest spread available if you're already a Q Card holder or happy to apply for one.
Apply in-store and you can often get approval on the spot. Each provider has their own terms and conditions; our team can walk you through both options so you pick the one that suits your situation.

Split your purchase into smaller payments with Afterpay, paying in four interest-free instalments over 6 weeks, no waiting. Afterpay divides your total into four fortnightly payments, available at checkout online and in-store, with no minimum spend.
INSTORE PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, and Farmlands cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay work through Paywave on our terminals.

ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Checkout is powered by Shopify Payments and supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. GEM Finance and Afterpay are available directly in the cart.
Shopify's checkout is PCI-compliant and fully encrypted; your payment details are never stored on our servers.

WORKRIDE - RIDE TO WORK SCHEME
If your employer is signed up to Workride, you can use your pre-tax salary to pay for a new bike or e-bike, with no upfront cost and no interest. The scheme is IRD-approved and free for employers to join.
You offset 32–63% of the bike's cost through salary sacrifice, depending on your income. Payments come out of your gross pay over 12 months, and after that the bike is yours to keep.
Any new bike or e-bike from our range qualifies, road, mountain, commuter, or electric!

Is online checkout secure?
Can I split payments between methods?
In-store, yes — just let us know at the counter and we'll split it across two methods without any issue. Online checkout doesn't support split payments directly. If you need to do this for an online order, call us or send us a message and we'll process it manually.
How does interest-free finance work?
You apply in-store for either GEM Finance or Q Card. If approved, the full purchase price is covered upfront and you repay it in equal instalments over your chosen term — 12 months with GEM, up to 24 months with Q Card. No interest is charged provided you meet the repayment terms set by the provider. Minimum purchase $250. Terms and conditions apply — ask in-store for details specific to each provider.
