Genuine Shimano replacement diaphragm unit (master cylinder diaphragm) shared across the XTR BL-M9220 and Deore XT BL-M8200 hydraulic brake levers. The diaphragm manages fluid expansion during temperature changes and is commonly replaced during a full bleed service.
