DESCRIPTION
The Aventura2 6.7 LowStep is Focus's fully equipped electric trekking bike in a step-through frame, built for riders who want comfort and carrying capacity rather than outright speed. The Bosch Performance Line motor gives 75Nm of quiet assistance up to 25km/h, and you can choose a 540, 600 or 720Wh PowerTube battery depending on how far you ride. A 100mm SR Suntour XCM coil fork and a suspension seatpost take the edge off rough surfaces, and the adjustable stem means the riding position can be dialled in without buying parts. A MIK HD rear rack rated to 27kg, alloy mudguards, a kickstand and a 100 LUX headlight come fitted, and the bike is approved for a 150kg system weight and two-track trailers.

This is for the rider who wants one bike that handles the commute, the shopping run and a multi-day tour. The step-through frame makes getting on and off easy, which matters more than people expect once a bike is loaded with panniers or you are stopping and starting in traffic.
The battery choice is the useful part. A 540Wh pack keeps the weight and price down for a short commute, while the 720Wh option covers a full day of New Zealand touring with hills in it.
