From farm to fabric, Merino wool is a biodegradable, natural and renewable fiber.
All of our Merino is ethically produced from non-mulesed Australian Merino sheep. Merino wool is made from exceptionally fine fibers that biodegrade over time. Soft, comfortable, moisture wicking, odor resistant, temperature regulating, and UV protection are the main properties of this natural produce.
The basis for any ride, the Flow Merino collection does it all. Keeps you cool when hot, check. Keeps you warm whilst wet, check. Keeps you fresh after a long ride, check. Merino is a soft, lightweight and temperature-regulating fabric that insulates, breathes and dries in an instant.
The fast-wicking is delivered in a ride-ready cut that allows full movement so you can find your flow in all conditions. We’ve added a recycled polyamide into the weave to reduce piling and add durability for repeat usage, season after season. Wear it on all-day epics, morning commutes, hot climbs and fresh descents, with a shell when necessary.
Our Merino blend is made of 45% Wool (Merino) and 55% recycled polyamide (Nylon).

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 NZD*. Orders under this threshold incur a flat rate of $7.20**
*Excludes large or bulky items, which are charged between $25.00 and $100.00, depending on size, weight, and delivery location. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
**Rural delivery surcharge: An additional $6.00 is applied to rural addresses.

Prefer to pick up your order? Select Click & Collect at checkout and collect from any Pushbikes store. Note: Some items may take 1 to 3 days to transfer between stores and up to 12 days for certain brands if the item is coming from our supplier. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Delivery Time Frames
In-Stock Items:
For items in stock at our stores, expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Some may take up to 12 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times and stock location are shown for each product page above the add to cart button. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.
Tracking Information
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details within your expected delivery window, please contact us to confirm.
Shipping Bikes
Bikes cannot be shipped due to brand warranty and dealer policies. All bikes, including electric bikes, must be collected in store fully assembled. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes for 'click & collect' can take up to 7 days if they need to be shipped from our suppliers or assembled in-store.
