Apidura Aero Bolt-On Long Top Tube Module

A strapless, aero-optimised long top tube pack that integrates seamlessly on your bike to make you faster.

The Aero Bolt-On Long Top Tube Module is a performance-oriented solution for competitive gravel racers, developed through rigorous Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to smooth airflow behind the stem and improve aerodynamic efficiency.

The module can be run in isolation or combined with the Aero Frame Module, to create a complete watt-saving system that also increases carry capacity.

For years we’ve helped riders go further, now we’re helping them to go faster.

• Works with Frame Module to improve aerodynamics

• Two M5 hex-headed bolts anchor module to top tube mounts ensuring a gap-free fit

• Elastic tensioner contours to the stem and draws Transfer Panels inwards for a flush fit and aerodynamic efficiency

• Transfer Panels and Skirt for close integration

• Full-length internal carbon base plate ensures a rigid, strap-free fit to the top tube

• Internal HDPE thermoplastic frame

• Waterproof, zipped closure

• Ultralight Hexagrid construction

• Weight: 120g

SIZING

64 mm bolt spacing and 5 cm of fore-aft adjustment ensures precise alignment between the module and rear of the stem, essential for maximising aerodynamic performance.

AERO OPTIMISED

Developed through extensive CFD analysis and wind tunnel testing, the shape of the Aero System smooths airflow around the bike, reducing drag and making the rider faster for the same effort. The Aero System has shown a benefit on every bike we’ve tested.

The Aero System was designed foremost as an aerodynamic system. Whether run full or empty, it makes your bike faster.

INTEGRATED DESIGN

When the system is mounted, elements such as Transfer Panels, Skirt and Tension Bands work together to eliminate gaps between the frame and stem, passing air smoothly from the front of the bike across the modules.

APIDURA
We’re an independent, family-run business of cyclists, makers and problem solvers, brought together by a shared mission to find better ways to explore the world by bike.

Apidura was born from necessity; pioneering ultralight, rackless packing systems to help us take our love of cycling further and allow riders to unlock their instinct for adventure. As devoted adventure cyclists, we design with our fellow riders in mind, creating products that address genuine needs and bring new value to the bikepacking scene. We create the best packs we can, using technical materials and precision crafting techniques – and when we find a way to improve them we do so straight away and without fanfare. We don’t do ‘seasons’, limited editions or discount our gear – we simply create the best possible technical bikepacking gear that’s built to last.
