With its integrated chain stabilizer and medium cage, the SHIMANO GRX rear derailleur delivers quieter shifting, better ground clearance and more secure chain management in rough terrain. The RD-RX822-GS is compatible with 10-45T, 12-speed SHIMANO MTB cassettes, and the chain tensioner has an ON/OFF switch for easy wheel removal.
The RD-RX822-SGS is compatible with 10-51T, 12-speed SHIMANO MTB cassettes, meaning you’ll never run out of gears even on the steepest jeep road or high mountain singletrack ascent. And the chain tensioner has an ON/OFF switch for easy wheel removal.

Delivery Time Frames
In-Stock Items:
For items in stock at our stores, expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Some may take up to 12 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times and stock location are shown for each product page above the add to cart button. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.
Tracking Information
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details within your expected delivery window, please contact us to confirm.
Shipping Bikes
Bikes cannot be shipped due to brand warranty and dealer policies. All bikes, including electric bikes, must be collected in store fully assembled. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes for 'click & collect' can take up to 7 days if they need to be shipped from our suppliers or assembled in-store.
