DESCRIPTION
SW-14.5, Shimano: Fits Shimano® 4.4mm and 3.75mm spoke nipples. The 4.4mm nipples are found at the hub, and the 3.75mm are found at the rim.
SW-14, Mavic: Two-sided and vinyl dipped, featuring 4.3mm and 4.4mm openings for Shimano Wheel System nipples at the hub. For Shimano wheels with red square nipples at the rim, consider the SW-3.
SW-13, Mavic: Comfortable, vinyl dipped, two-sided spoke wrench is designed to easily access Mavic® fittings, including the Mavic® SSC Ksyrium and Crossmax SLR wheels. The smaller end fits six splines of the integrated nipples with 5.65mm OD splines, and 7mm thread size nipple. These are found on the R-sys wheels. (This is equal to the sizing of the Mavic "M40652" wrench.) The larger end fits six splines of the 9mm spline OD of the threaded eyelets of the "FORE drilled rim adapters" found on rims such as the Mavic® XM819, EX823 and Speedcity wheels. (This is equal to the sizing of the Mavic "M40630" or "M40494" spoke wrench.)
SW-12, Comfortable, vinyl dipped, double-ended spoke wrench for select Mavic® wheels using the integrated M7 nipples. Smaller end fits 7-spline nipples with a 6.4mm outside spline diameter. These are found on the R-sys wheels. The larger end fits the 6-splines of the 9mm OD of the threaded eyelets of the "FORE drilled rim adapters" found on rims such as the Mavic® XM819, EX823 and Speedcity wheels. (This is equal to the sizing of the Mavic "M40652" wrench.)
SW-11, Campagnolo Double-Ended: is a forged double-ended spoke wrench designed to fit select Campagnolo® wheels. Precision machined, plated and vinyl dipped for comfort and long life.

Delivery Time Frames
In-Stock Items:
For items in stock at our stores, expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Some may take up to 12 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times and stock location are shown for each product page above the add to cart button. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.
Tracking Information

Shipping Bikes
Bikes cannot be shipped due to brand warranty and dealer policies. All bikes, including electric bikes, must be collected in store fully assembled. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes for 'click & collect' can take up to 7 days if they need to be shipped from our suppliers or assembled in-store.
