Ceramic XD-15 Bottom Bracket Bearing Kit for Shimano 24mm cranksets and Trek BB90/95 framesets
XD-15 Corsa - XD15 is a material exclusive to Enduro bearings and is different than any material available to the market. The XD-15 steel is nitrogen infused and will not rust or corrode. The process to produce this steel involves re-melting a very high grade of martensitic stainless steel from the end of an electrode. This occurs in a highly-controlled re-melt chamber while introducing nitrogen gas, producing a homogenous steel, free from course carbides and giving ultimate fatigue resis- tance. Both 24MM ID and 30MM ID XD-15 Corsa bearings use a 45o angular contact design to handle both radial and axial loads. The 45o design allow us to use the largest size Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls inside the XD-15 bearing races. When combined, the ceramic balls and XD-15 material will breakdown any contaminants that may get past the seal only to polish the ball raceway and improve performance over time. XD-15 is the pinnacle in bicycle bearing technology.

Delivery Time Frames
In-Stock Items:
For items in stock at our stores, expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Some may take up to 12 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times and stock location are shown for each product page above the add to cart button. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.
Tracking Information

Shipping Bikes
Bikes cannot be shipped due to brand warranty and dealer policies. All bikes, including electric bikes, must be collected in store fully assembled. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes for 'click & collect' can take up to 7 days if they need to be shipped from our suppliers or assembled in-store.
