Plenty of Flare is a typical feature of modern Gravel bike handlebars. The ergonomics of the GRX ST-RX820 shift/brake lever have been optimized and specifically adapted to flared handlebars. While the grip design reduces pressure on the palm, the textured, non-slip surface of the brake lever blade improves handling on uneven terrain.
