DESCRIPTION
The Trek Session 8 is a downhill mountain bike with a burly alloy frame and high-pivot suspension that keeps you nimble, planted and blazing fast on the most punishing runs. It runs 200 mm of travel front and rear, with a RockShox Boxxer fork and Marzocchi Bomber coil shock, powerful SRAM CODE 4-piston brakes and a SRAM GX DH 7-speed drivetrain. The high-pivot layout with idler pulley boosts traction and carries speed with virtually no pedal kickback. It is a purpose-built park and race weapon.

Who Is the Session 8 For?
The Session 8 is for riders who practically live at the downhill park and want a fast, traction-packed DH bike that stays in control all the way down the gnarliest runs.
For New Zealand riders, it is built for bike parks and downhill tracks, with long travel and a high-pivot design that smooths out the roughest, steepest descents.
