We offer free shipping on orders over $99 NZD*. Orders under this threshold incur a flat rate of $7.20**
*Excludes large or bulky items, which are charged between $25.00 and $100.00, depending on size, weight, and delivery location. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
**Rural delivery surcharge: An additional $6.00 is applied to rural addresses.

Prefer to pick up your order? Select Click & Collect at checkout and collect from any Pushbikes store. Note: Some items may take 1 to 3 days to transfer between stores and up to 12 days for certain brands if the item is coming from our supplier. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Delivery Time Frames
In-Stock Items:
For items in stock at our stores, expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Some may take up to 12 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times and stock location are shown for each product page above the add to cart button. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.
Tracking Information
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details within your expected delivery window, please contact us to confirm.
Shipping Bikes
Bikes cannot be shipped due to brand warranty and dealer policies. All bikes, including electric bikes, must be collected in store fully assembled. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes for 'click & collect' can take up to 7 days if they need to be shipped from our suppliers or assembled in-store.

New ZealandMostly a good experience
I ordered the calipers with some other Shimano bits but the standard email suggested I might get the items that were in stock in one shipment with the remaining items not that weren't in stock sent separately (I knew that was the case as the pushbikes website shows stock levels thankfully). Turns out that Shimano NZ is probably the only supplier bike things in NZ that doesn't do drop shipping so the calipers got sent 4 days later than expected. Not a big deal at all but folks should be aware of Shimano NZ's weirdness.

A well performing brake and great value. This caliper replaces one I munted when using a 2 piston brake block instead of a 4 piston block to bleed the brakes. This resulted in one ceramic piston skewing and fracturing in many pieces. It's a lesson I want to pass on. No issues with the new one, but it's a pity OEM parts are not available. Replacement resin pistons can be found in the States.
