DESCRIPTION
Enduro Bearings manufactures some series of bearings using 440C stainless steel balls and races. This material provides maximum corrosion resistance in applications and environments where critical. Depending on the application, they are designed to ABEC-3 or ABEC-5 tolerances. Stainless steel has 20% less load capacity than the 52100 chromium steel, used in most of our bearings, but with far superior corrosion resistance.
When the rain won't go away, and your bicycle is more often used as a boat rather than a land craft, you may want to consider 440C stainless steel bearings. While a little softer than chromium bearing steel, 440C stainless steel is a good alternative in constant wet conditions, or where sweat becomes a problem such as headset bearings. Enduro Bearings uses LLB type seals and CRC Marine Grease in these bearings to additionally water proof against the elements.

In-Stock Items:
For items in stock at our stores, expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Some may take up to 12 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times and stock location are shown for each product page above the add to cart button. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.

Shipping Bikes
Bikes cannot be shipped due to brand warranty and dealer policies. All bikes, including electric bikes, must be collected in store fully assembled. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes for 'click & collect' can take up to 7 days if they need to be shipped from our suppliers or assembled in-store.
