CRAMP-STOP Spray Homeopathic formula is formulated to stop an acute muscle cramp that may occur from an electrolyte imbalance or during times of physical exertion, or long endurance activities. Spray one dose of CRAMP-STOP under the tongue when the spasm comes on, and it will start to alleviate the cramp immediately. You can repeat in 30-60 seconds if symptoms are severe. In a situation where you know cramp is likely to occur take one dose as close to the onset of symptoms as possible. Repeat as often as necessary.

Delivery Time Frames
In-Stock Items:
For items in stock at our stores, expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Some may take up to 12 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times and stock location are shown for each product page above the add to cart button. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.

Shipping Bikes
Bikes cannot be shipped due to brand warranty and dealer policies. All bikes, including electric bikes, must be collected in store fully assembled. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes for 'click & collect' can take up to 7 days if they need to be shipped from our suppliers or assembled in-store.
