DESCRIPTION
A very clean chain lube that works, lasts and never lets you down. When the going gets tough, this is the stuff.
Unlike oil-based lube, Rock 'N' Roll Absolute Extreme lube is a two-part system.
- The formulation first soaks deep into your chain and brings out all the dirt that has built up during your rides before depositing a thin waxy film on the chain that repels everything new.
- It cleans and lubricates your chain all at the same time.
Available in 120ml or 480ml bottles.
Many riders ask, "What is the difference between the Extreme, Absolute Dry, and the Gold?" The Extreme is for mountain bikes. Absolute Dry is for the road bikes. The Gold is for both mountain and road bikes.
Application Instructions
Shake well and apply a stream of lube to the chain at the cassette.
Do not drip the lube on like you would oil. This is not oil!
Get the chain really wet, this stuff cleans and lubes all in one.
Freewheel the chain backwards for about 5 seconds...no less.
Wipe off all the excess lube...
all of it, wipe the chain as clean as it will get.

Delivery Time Frames
In-Stock Items:
Orders for items in stock at our store are dispatched within 1–2 business days (weekdays) of payment. Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
From Supplier
Items shipped directly from our suppliers are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Some may take up to 8 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 days.
Tracking Information
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details within your expected delivery window, please contact us to confirm.
Shipping Bikes
- Giant, LIV, and Norco bikes are not eligible for shipping due to brand warranty and dealer policies. These must be collected in-store, fully assembled.
- Electric bikes cannot be shipped due to Dangerous Goods restrictions (lithium batteries). These are available for Click & Collect only.
- Other bikes can be shipped with the following rates:
- Kids bikes: $25.00
- Standard bikes: $75.00
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. If your bike falls outside this standard pricing (e.g., large-size mountain bikes or freight to remote areas), we may adjust the shipping cost. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Processing of bikes can take up to 7 days if they are needing to be shipped from our suppliers.

Chainlube in bulk
Being able to buy nearly 1/2 litre at a time is great (though it doesn't need a new plastic dispenser bottle every time!) I bought mine on-line, and the system worked perfectly
